Today I started my day with a Very Good Thing – a real sit-down breakfast featuring the “good stuff.” I had a box of frozen almond croissants and set one out to proof overnight. Bake that while preparing fresh fruit and strong coffee featuring just the right amount of hot milk and — chef’s kiss.
The day also featured me tumbling down a rabbit hole of discovering native North Carolinian John Coltrane’s Crescent album.
