I’ve spent a great deal of work time on a few projects this week. One of those is assembling a comparison of how different municipalities approach some things. To do that, I needed to research the policies, then do a LOT of data entry and organization so we can begin a deep analysis of the resulting data.
I loved it! Really, I did. Even when the first draft took up an entire conference room table!
I’m doing work that provides tangible value to the community and challenges my problem-solving abilities. No two days are the same and I am expected to leave the office promptly at closing time, turning things off until the next morning.
A girl could get used to this . . .
