The holidays have been what they should be – exciting and joyous, with ample treats, good company, and time for pondering.
But ordinary days beckon.
So it is time to un-deck the halls (yes, we observe Old Christmas, meaning things stay up late), pack away the creche, roll up the jingle bells, bid farewell to the holiday cards (thank you, those who continue to write them! I adore receiving them, and I try to write notes throughout the year), and pack away my well-worn Christmas book collection.
The holidays – however you may keep them – are surely a Good Thing.
Welcome to 2026!
Oh – and the Watercolor Sale will launch tomorrow! No time like Twelfth Night to buy playful art!!
